Zhou (Shawn) Yu is an experienced consultant in strategy and communication, advising leading technology multinational corporations in outbound and inbound mandates covering stakeholder engagement and crisis management. Zhou received a master’s degree in Semiotics and a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from two continents and was selected as a Dubai Business Associate. Before entering the private sector, Zhou gained experience in global communications and international project management working at the International Division of Jiangxi Education Department and heading a language and culture center with Confucius Institute at Royal Academy of Cambodia, where he received awards from the local government, NGOs, and Confucius Institute for his work and projects in social initiatives.
