Siobhan Tan studies Law at Oxford University, where she co-founded the Oxford University Undergraduate Law Podcast and served as President of the Oxford Development Consultancy. She has a keen interest in diplomacy, having interned at the South Asia and ASEAN desks at the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs and with the Carnegie-Tsinghua Centre for Global Policy as a participant of the Centre’s flagship Young Ambassadors Programme. As a Public Service Commission Scholar, she will pursue a diplomatic career with the Singapore Foreign Service, and will be groomed for leadership positions in the wider Public Service. Siobhan is from Singapore.
