Lea Thome is an undergraduate at the University of Rochester studying Political Science and International Relations. As the founder of International Student Action, she has advocated for international students in the United States during the COVID-19 pandemic and also has experience working on the campaign and government side in U.S. politics. Having lived in China, Slovakia, and the United States, Lea is interested in international relations, especially in exploring the intersection of politics, business, and technology. She wants to help forge close relationships between the Chinese, American, and European technology sectors to better global governance. Lea is from Germany.
