Carla Ramazan graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas as a McDermott Scholar with a Bachelor of Art in Political Science. While serving as Student Government Vice President, she spearheaded a campus-wide initiative to address sexual violence. A Truman Scholar, Carla has researched gender violence in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and interned with NARAL. She is the founder and Executive Director of Wild West Access Fund, the only abortion fund in the state of Nevada. In this role, she has assisted over 50 Nevadans in accessing reproductive healthcare. Carla speaks fluent Romanian and Spanish and enjoys hiking. Carla is from the United States and Romania.
