Xiaochen (Brian) Ren will graduate with his master's degree in Public Administration from Cornell University in 2022. He has a combined background with two bachelor's degrees in Electronic Information Engineering and Economics at Beihang University and Peking University, and has been awarded Outstanding Graduate Student in Beijing. Xiaochen devotes himself to inclusive development. He has two publications about macroeconomics and financial regulation in Chinese core journals. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he led a team to consult the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru to give solutions to help vulnerable people. He also has been to the poorest areas in China to do health poverty alleviation programs. Xiaochen is from China.
