在此次冬奥会期间，许訸昊将负责在五棵松体育中心协调、管理一个164人的冰球项目赛事组织团队，团队成员包括参赛队伍陪同人员、NTO场外技术裁判员和体育服务保障志愿者。在他看来，这段冬奥经历将会是检验其领导力的“试金石”。

       目前，许訸昊已经参与协调了赛事组织团队的所有面试筛选、前期培训以及两次“相约北京”的测试赛。而在接下来的日子里，许訸昊和他的团队将服务来自12个国家的男子冰球队和10个国家的女子冰球队，保障58场冰球比赛，对接93名国际冰球联合会（IIHF）选派技术代表和场内国际裁判员。

       其实，许訸昊与冰球运动结缘已久。作为一名曾经的中国国家U18男子冰球队队员，他曾在2019年发起创办了中国首个国际高校冰球赛，邀请了8个不同国家的大学冰球队在北京参赛，赛事得到央视体育频道的转播支持。

       未来，许訸昊希望将苏世民书院赋予他的国际视野和专业知识与他在冰球运动上的特长相结合，推动中国冰球向着更高的层面发展。他希望能以大学生联赛为起点，推动国内各高校组建高水平冰球队、发展大学联赛，由此推动这项冬奥会中最为激烈也最受关注的集体项目在中国职业化、产业化，让小小的冰球成为连结中外的纽带，让奥林匹克的光辉普照全球。

        Hehao Xu （A.K.A “Bob Xu”）, a Schwarzman Scholar (Class of 2021-2022) at Tsinghua University, has joined the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympic Committee of Organizing to be responsible for the competition organization of ice hockey events. 

        During the Winter Olympics, Bob will coordinate and organize a 164-member ice hockey competition management team at the Wukesong Sports Center, including team host, NTO technical referees and sports service volunteers. He believes that the experience of the Beijing Winter Olympics will be an important basis for examining and assessing his practical ability to become a future leader. 

        Bob has participated and arranged pre-training for a large number of competition team members, organized two Olympic test events for the ice hockey event, and facilitated all the interview selection for the competition management group. In the following days, Bob and his team will serve men's ice hockey teams from 12 countries and women's ice hockey teams from 10 countries during the Olympic Winter Games, 58 ice hockey games, and help coordinate a total of 93 International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) candidates Technical representatives and international referees on the field. 

        As a former member of China's national U18 men's ice hockey team, Bob also initiated China's first international collegiate ice hockey tournament in 2019, inviting university ice hockey teams from 8 different countries to compete in Beijing, and the event was broadcast by China Central Television (CCTV) Sports Channel.

        Bob hopes to make contributions to the future development of ice hockey in China by combining the vision and knowledge learned at Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University and his professional expertise in ice hockey (national athlete of China). Starting from the college league, he will promote the establishment of varsity ice hockey teams among Chinese colleges and universities and the development of the college leagues. Bob want to build the first Chinese Professional Ice Hockey League, let ice hockey become the link between China and the world, and let the glory of the Olympics shine all over the world.
